These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the doordeed mobile application and related services. doordeed is an end-to-end digital service completion platform operated by CheckIt Digital Solutions (the "Company"). The Company is responsible for operating the app, workflow, and service support associated with the product, and the platform may expand to additional service categories in the future.

doordeed is an end-to-end digital service completion platform designed to assist users with rental agreement preparation, verification, documentation support, and completion workflow, and may expand to other related service categories as the business grows. The Company provides the technology, customer support, coordination, and service workflow, while the final legal processing may involve government-authorized channels or official verification systems as required by law.

2. Service Description

doordeed helps users with rental agreement-related services and other legally supported service categories that may be introduced over time, including document review, workflow guidance, digital processing support, document scheduling, verification coordination, status tracking, and end-to-end service completion assistance. The app is a support tool and does not replace legal advice or statutory procedures required by law. Some steps may require official government or authorized portals for completion.

Applicable service fees and charges will be disclosed before you proceed with a request. By continuing with the service, you agree to pay the stated fee for the selected workflow. Any government fee, stamp duty, registration cost, or statutory charge that is separately applicable will be communicated where required and shall be payable by the user as per applicable law.

Some services may require identity verification, document review, or authentication through official channels. Biometric verification, when required, is performed through the government-authorized portal or the official authorized process, not by doordeed directly. doordeed does not collect biometric data from its side. Any delay, rejection, failure, or issue in government or official systems is outside our control and we are not responsible for such delays or failures.

6. App Ownership and Source Code Rights

The doordeed mobile application, its source code, architecture, content, user interface, branding, and related assets are the proprietary property of doordeed and/or CheckIt Digital Solutions. The app is licensed for lawful personal and operational use through the applicable app distribution channels. Users do not acquire any ownership rights to the software, source code, design, or intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, reverse engineering, extraction, or commercial reuse is prohibited.

7. Service Availability and No Guarantee of Uptime

We try our best to keep the platform available and reliable for our users as much as possible. While we work to minimize interruptions and keep the service running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Service completion may still be affected by server conditions, internet connectivity, third-party systems, government portal responsiveness, or other factors outside our direct control. When issues do arise, we make every reasonable effort to restore service as quickly as possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

doordeed shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business, delay, loss of data, or service interruption, arising from use of the app or related services, except to the extent required by applicable law. Our aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the user for the specific service under consideration. We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party systems, government portals, legal delays, documentation issues, or acts beyond our reasonable control.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how your information is collected, processed, and shared.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the app or services if we believe you have violated these Terms, provided false information, misused the service, or engaged in unlawful or fraudulent activity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

doordeed is a digital service completion platform that facilitates and coordinates rental agreement services. Service availability, verification, appointment scheduling, registration, processing time and completion may depend on applicable government authorities, registration systems, service providers, document verification and other external factors. Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and valid documents. Applicable government, registration, professional and third-party charges may vary based on the service and location.
